Vector Work

Chibi: $30 USD with transparent/simple background, $45 USD with specific background

I use chibi loosely here. Chibi in this case would refer to a character that isn't fully scaled whose proportions are exaggerated. This option is not limited to humans! I love drawing animals, Pokemon, monsters, and things that are not humanoid, so if you want one of those things this is the section for you! This option includes one character, plus a background of some kind if requested. If no background is requested I will either include a one color, gradient, or transparent background at no charge, depending on the situation.

Bust: $40 USD

One character, basic background. Bust scale allows me to add more detail than a chibi. Examples are all side view, but I will have more angles soon.

Full-body: $60 USD with a transparent/simple background; $75 USD with specific background

One character, background options are the same as chibi option.

Keep Calm badges: $15 USD per badge

You read that right folks - I am taking Keep Calm badge commissions. I cannot tell you how many times I've been at a convention and had someone say "You should do *insert idea here*!", and while many of them are fantastic ideas, sometimes they just don't work well with what I offer (i.e. the content is inappropriate for conventions, the reference is super obscure, etc.). So, if there's a Keep Calm badge you'd like to own, I will gladly vector one for you and have it say WHATEVER YOU WANT! This is the only commission option that I will allow 18+ content - this means swears, kids! See all of my Keep Calm examples here, and read the FAQ here! Note that if I like it enough and want to sell it at cons, I will give you $5 off!

ACEO Cards
Sketch: $10 USD
Inked: $15 USD
Marker: $20 USD

If you follow any of my other social media sites, you'll see during the month of December I participate in Pokeddexy, a monthlong Pokemon art prompt where you draw a Pokemon every day in December. I've participated since 2013, drawing my prompt each day on an ACEO sketch card and coloring it with Copic markers. It's TONS of fun for me, and it's given me more confidence in my marker abilities... so I'm offering the option to you guys now!

These are a 2.5"x3.5" bristol paper art cards; sketch means I draw in clean pencil, ink means I ink with Sakura Micron pens, and marker means I color with Copic markers. Subjects for these cards include animals, Pokemon, Digimon, and chibis. NO FULL SCALE WORK FOR THIS OPTION.

See my collection of Pokeddexy 2014 card examples here!

What I WILL do:

Pretty much anything.

What I WON'T do:

Payment
I ONLY accept PayPal. If you have a way to actually physically see me (such as if you're within driving distance, or if you commission me at a convention), cash or checks are acceptable. This may change in the future, but for now, just PayPal please! If there are special circumstances we can discuss options. I do not accept points for commissions. I also will not start your commission until some portion of the payment is received. If you cannot pay in full up front, we can discuss options. The sooner you pay me, the sooner I can finish the commission and send it to you.

So what do I do to commission you?
That's easy! Just provide to me these simple things:

Your name: So I know who you are!
Your email: So I can send you the image when it is done, also if you are paying with PayPal this is required.
Your address: I am more than willing to send you a hard copy of your commission. Include your name, Street, City, State, Zip. Shipping is anywhere between $1-$5, but I will keep it as low as I can. If there is no address or email provided, I will just post the image to deviantART.
How many characters: ... pretty self-explanatory.
Background (if you want one): You can describe a background here if you have something specific in mind. If not, leave this blank.
Character Description: This is important. If you can, provide references - if it's fanart, I can do the research but references are always nice! If it's a character I wouldn't be familiar with (say, your OC), please provide as much detail as you can. Physical aspects, what the character is like, what their interests are, any information you think I should know to make the best picture possible! The better the references, the better the finished product.
Pose: Again, references are always nice! If you don't provide a specific pose, I will interpret the character to the best of my ability.

There are a few ways you can contact me for a commission:
1. Send me a note here on deviantART, with the above information.
2. Send me an email at jess[dot]kellogg[at]gmail[dot]com, with the above information.
3. If you see me at a con, I will take commissions there - however, working a convention is sometimes very chaotic and I may or may not have a lot of time at-con to work on a commission for you. We can always exchange info and discuss further outside of the convention, so hit me up at my table if you see me!

I believe that's everything. Thanks, guys!
